I’m Back!

Hey everyone!  Sorry, the power was out at our house for 4 days, so I couldn’t blog.  Well, I’m back, and so is the electricity (last night at 10) , so you can look forward to a post soon (hopefully).

 A reminder:

Don’t forget to send a Christmas Card to the ACLU!

Here’s the info:

Here’s the address.  Just don’t be rude or crude.

125 Broad Street

18th floor

New York, NY 10004

Two tons of Christmas cards would freeze their operations because they wouldn’t know if any were regular mail containing contributions.  So spend 39 cents and tell the ACLU to leave Christmas alone.  Also, tell them there is no such thing as a “holiday tree”.  It’s a Christmas tree, even in the fields.

It would be great if you would pass this on.  We really want to communicate with the ACLU.  After all, they, too, are God’s children. For extra fun, send a Hanukkah card, as well.” I urge you to do this, it will send a message to them.  The ACLU has done much damage to removed Christian things from the US and this is one thing you could do to make a difference!  The ACLJ fights against the ACLU and keeps me up to date on what the ACLU is doing.  If you are interested in their updates visit their website at: www.aclj.org

  1. Nice to have power on, eh?

But you guys cheated! You had a generator. You have only /really/ lived when the power has been out for 4 days and you take a cold shower because you are disgusted with how bad your hair is, hours later the power comes on. That, my friend, is really living.

    Just kidding.

  2. LOL . . .

I’m glad your power is on, Betsy!

    Happy Blogging and Merry CHRISTmas!

  3. Elyse: LOL… we were just prepared! 🙂 Especially when we have an Eagle Scout, nurse, and campers in our house. Candles and flashlights galore! We only had our generator on a couple hours at a time, and even then, it was only hooked up to the refrigerator, freeze, heat, and well pump. We had to eat our ice cream… what a sacrifice, it was so hard. 🙂

Lampie: Merry Christmas to you too!
